We INDUSTRIAL PROJECT CONSULTANT started in the year 2018. We are a consulting firm providing services to the clients for the establishment of Plants from Steel and Power sector in India and abroad on Consultancy as well as on Turn-key basis. Our vision is project at reduced cost with high quality performance.
We are experienced in all aspects of a project: design, supply, setup and running of plants of all sizes. We came up with innovative designs for big plants to reduce the overall project cost, Also we have assisted our clients establish small plants with trouble free operations. Every action at IPC is driven towards total customer satisfaction.

AREA OF WORK

Our area of work Are Sponge Iron Plant, Pellet Plant, Power Plant, Steel Melting, Rolling Mill.

SPONGE IRON PLANT

Sponge iron is rich in Metallic Iron (Pure Iron) with consistent chemical & physical characteristics. This provides steel makers flexibility in preparing their furnace charge to produce finer quality steels than what is possible using steel scrap only.

PELLET PLANT

The major Raw Materials required for production of Pellets by the Grate chain technology are graded Iron Ore fines and Bentonite. Coke/H.S.D./L.D.O. is being used as a Fuel.

POWER PLANT

An increasing number of Industrial consumers are considering the option of setting up their own Captive Power Plant. In most of the cases co-generation of Power will not only reduces the environmental pollution but also reduce strain on the company’s economy.

STEEL MELTING SHOP

Steel is made in steel melting shop in the refractory lined vessels called LD Converters by blowing oxygen through the hot metal bath. While iron making is a reduction process, steel making is an oxidation process.

ROLLING MILL

Rolling mills are facilities that carry out a series of processes including rolling the billets, blooms, slab and beam blanks – extracted from the reheating furnace – into the prescribed size and correcting any bending, cutting them into given lengths, then piling or bundling as needed for shipment.
